Return & Exchange Policy:

Sale Items, Bra, Bra Top and Underwear are strictly not eligible for Return.

Returns will be processed as Store Credit. We do not provide Cash Refunds for any Return Orders.

What are the steps to do a Return?

  • Email us at within 14 WORKING DAYS of receipt of your order. Please give us your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply to your email and provide you with the return address.
  • Please ensure the clothing is not worn, washed and is in original condition.
  • Place items back into their original plastic packaging and into a polymailer. Reusing our polymailer (that came with your order) for your return is preferred.
  • Please indicate your Name and Order Number on the return parcel.
  • Please mail the return clothing to our warehouse and email/what’s app us the tracking number.
  • We will get in touch with you via email/what’s app after we receive your return clothing and issue the store credit to your account. (Store Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue).
